Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints in the design process.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
- Strong experience in Graphic design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our software applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design components.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback.
- Translate user insights into design solutions that enhance overall user experience.
- Design and implement cohesive and on-brand visual elements.
- Develop graphics, icons, and other visual assets to enhance the overall design.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
