TreeCode is a cloud-based logistics management platform that provides tools for managing shipment processes, tracking orders, and optimizing supply chains. While we strive to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Subscription Fees: Users are required to pay the subscription fees based on the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Late Payments: If you fail to pay the subscription fee by the due date, your access to the service may be suspended. We reserve the right to terminate your account if payment remains unpaid for an extended period.

TreeCode aims to provide continuous service, but we may need to perform routine maintenance or respond to unforeseen outages. You will be notified of any planned maintenance that may affect service availability.

You agree not to misuse the TreeCode platform by:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.

Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.
