Terms of Services

TreeCode offers a range of online marketplace management tools and resources, process orders, sell online, generate reports and afford technical and other services.  Terms and Conditions.

A) Generally, terms and TreeCode operational polices are involved upon establishing agreement with customers for the service provided. Furthermore, this agreement could be changed in some points in case of customer acceptance for these modifications.

B) Some of our services are only accessible to clients who form legally binding contracts under applicable law. These services are not provided to individuals under the age of 18 as if individual is not qualified, he/she should not use these services.

C) TreeCode provides a variety of tools and unique resources to facilitate the whole online business process for clients in managing, controlling and marketing their products electronically.

D) We support our clients with technical consulting service to gain an efficient business productivity.

E) In order to access the Services, the customer must complete the registration process. Customer must have valid, correct, full detailed and updated data as required in the registration form. For registration process, the customer must specify the email and password of the Customer's “TreeCode Account” as to avoid any steal issue and to be more secured, where user is responsible for ensuring his/her data; accounts, passwords and files are safe. TreeCode holds the right to deny registering or terminating accounts that it finds to be unacceptable.

A) It is a service contract, and no software license is issued to the client according to this contract. User shall not, directly or indirectly: recreate, modularize, disassemble or otherwise try to uncover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas or algorithms of or used in the Services or any applications, documents or data relevant to the Services ("Software"); modify, convert or build derivative works based on the Services or any Software; or copy , publish, promise, grant or otherwise pass or charge access to the Services or any Software; use the Services or any Software for time-sharing or business office purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party without prior written arrangement with TreeCode.

B) Customer shall use the services only in accordance with the Privacy Policy of TreeCode as published and all legal requirements (including, but not limited to, policies and laws relating to spamming, privacy, obscenity). Customer may not access or otherwise use third party mailing lists in connection with the preparation or distribution of spam emails to any third party. Client hereby promises to indemnify and hold TreeCode safe against all penalties, losses, damages, judgments and expenditures in connection with any allegation or proceeding arising out of the alleged violation of the above. While TreeCode has no duty to control the service offered by the Customer or the Customer's usage of the Services, the company can do so and can delete all such service or forbid any use of the services that it considers is (or is suspected to be) in violation of the preceding.

C) While using the different features of the Services, the User may submit details (such as name, contact information or other registration information) to Treecode. The company may use this information and any technical information on the use of this website by the customer to tailor its presentations to the customer, make it easier for the customer to move through this website, or to communicate with the customer separately. TreeCode does not supply information to companies' customer has not been allowed to do so.

A) Customer can cancel the Contract/Agreement at any time by sending an email to [email protected]

B) TreeCode can terminate the Contract/Agreement or the services at any time for example of a violation of any of the policies with or without warning. TreeCode shall not be liable to the customer or any third party as a result of such termination.

C) After termination for any cause, TreeCode would erase all customer archived data within 90 days of the termination date.

A) "Payment" Client expects to pay all relevant service charges in place at the time of registration, first use and/or renewal, according to these Terms, which may be changed occasionally by TreeCode.

B) “Forbidden services” No Customer must adopt the Services and use product to sell or offer to sell the following: replicates; controlled substances; alcoholic beverages; tobacco products; illegal drugs and drug smuggling; guns; pirated materials; instructions to make, install or acquire illegal goods or weapons to attack others; data used to violate the copyright(s), violate the trademark(s) or damage the intellectual property or data of others; information used to illegally harm any person or animal; pornography, advertising, sexual goods, programs or services; escort services or other content considered to be adult-related. Moreover, profanity or profane subject matter in the text of the website and in the domain, name is prohibited.

C) “Automatic Account/Domain Renewal” fourteen days prior to the expiration of the domain of the Customer, if registered with TreeCode, TreeCode immediately renews the domain of the Customer, for the same period initially selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate, by offering the same fee and payment method to the client that was initially selected.

​

D) “Cancellation of Automated Account or Domain Renewal” customer must inform TreeCode of Customer's intention to cancel the renewal automated process at least sixteen (16) days prior to the account or domain expiry date by sending Automatic Account Renewal Notification and/or Automatic Domain Renewal Notification to Treecode by sending the same email to [email protected].

E) “Privacy details/info and photographs” privacy details and photographs. Customers should not publish or reveal any personal or private information to any third party without the permission of the mentioned party.

F) “Intellectual property rights” infringements of the protection to intellectual property. Any violation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or personal rights by any individual or organization will be forbidden. TreeCode is legally required to remove or block access to content that appears on or through the services upon receiving of a reasonable notice of copyright violation.

G) “Misstating of the data conveyed” it is illegal to copy, alter, omit or delete message headers, return mailing information and/or Internet protocol addresses to cover or misreport the origin of a document.

H) “Virus and other harmful behaviors” the use of the services for producing or transmitting Internet viruses, worms or trojan horses, or for pinching, flooding or mail bombing or denial of service attacks is banned. It is also forbidden for any user to participate in any other operation which is intended to interrupt or interfere with or which results in interruption or interfering with the ability of anyone to successfully access the Services (or any related network, device, facility or equipment) or function on the Internet.

I) "Hacking And Similar Practices Are Banned” Involves, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Practices: Unlawful Or Unwanted Penetration To Computers, Accounts Or Networks, Intrusion Or Attempt To Infiltrate Security Systems, Port Scans, Stealth Scans, And Other Actions To Aid In Hacking.

J) “Anonymous Proxies" TreeCode Does Not Enable Anonymous Proxy Scripts To Be Used On Its Servers. They Can Be Very Disrespectful To The Infrastructure Of The Site, Harming All Users On The Site.

K) “Backup Storage” TreeCode Provides Its Services To Host Websites For E-Commerce, Not To Store Data. The Use Of An Account As An Online Storage Space For Archiving Electronic Files Is Illegal Which Would Result In The Termination Of The Services Without Advance Warning. “Other Illegal Activities Where To Use Of The Services/Products And Engage In Any Activity That Is Considered Illegal By TreeCode Will Be Terminated”
